Below are my initial sketches to get a feel for what the backgrounds might look like in the early stages of the animation. I created these so that when producing storyboards and colour scripts I knew roughly what the world was going to look like in regards to dimensions and placement of objects. These were then developed further by Luca. As a group we discussed different directions for the scene layout.
