Telling Stories - Choosing a Story and First Story Boarding

I started the brief by looking at two nursery rhymes and one poem; Little Miss Muffet, Humpty Dumpty and The Owl and the Pussy Cat. While the two nursery rhymes are shorter and simpler, i chose the poem over them because of my familiarity with, as i had heard the poem multiple times before, so i chose it over personal preferences.

After i made my choice we were told to work on posted notes so that if we wanted to move any slides around we could just pick them up and remove them or move them around to where we want them while drawing up an initial story board.

The below image shows my first attempt at the posted note storyboard with zoom and long shots. however the images looked really boring as well as fairly lifeless i was really struggling to continue the storyboard. i decided to restart my storyboard and discard the below panels so that i could have a fresh start with it.
