'Hellboy 2: The Golden Army'

i really like storyboards that overlap like this, it gives a better depth of space and action. The drawings are unrestricted by the borders and allows the storyboard artist to show the situation better.
The Hellboy 2 storyboards make use of this really nicely they overlap the borders showing the full position of the characters. With this it also allows for slight changes in angles and in the amount of something seen on screen. It can also be used with zooming shots and panning shots with the image being spread across multiple storyboard panels.
In all my story boards i plan to apply this method so that all the above is present as well as accuracy is there with the position of my drawings as they won't be cut off and restarted.
